About the event

Are you currently finding it difficult to juggle your remote professional life with homelife? Suffering from video conferencing fatigue? Are you experiencing anxiety, emotional exhaustion and wondering ‘am I burning out?’ Well you’re not alone! 

The aim of this webinar is to help you identify the signs of burnout and offer preventative measures to keep your flame burning, today, tomorrow and beyond. Based on Positive Psychology and Wellbeing interventions and tools supported by research, this online webinar introduces you to tools and strategies to support you during this time. First, the what, why and how of burnout is explored within the current climate and then, through an experiential approach, you’ll leave the workshop with tried and tested practical tools to apply in your own life.I believe that burnout happens for a reason. My mission is to explore the positive effects of burnout as a catalyst for change and to help others go from burnout to brilliance.

About Dina

In her ‘day job’ Dina is a teacher educator and trainer at the School of Secondary Education at the FHNW. She is a passionate educator and facilitator of personal growth, wellbeing and success she creates and delivers through her Education for Life programmes. Having personally trained with Jack Canfield, she is both a Certified Trainer in the Success Principles and the Canfield Methodology. Always learning and growing, Dina is also in the process of completing a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. Dina is also co-author of the number one best-selling book Success University for Women in Leadership.Founder of Lessons-in-Self, Dina’s unique Education for Life programmes integrate the Canfield Methodology, Positive Psychology and Wellbeing tools and her own life’s lessons to create programmes that support, inspire and empower others to becoming the person they are destined to be.
