The WomenInTheWorkplace report is the largest comprehensive study of the state of women in corporate America. It debunks four myths about women’s workplace experiences and career advancement.
Advance is the leading business association for gender equality in Switzerland, a network of 145+ Swiss-based companies committed to increase the share of women in management. Every year, together with CCDI they release the Gender Intelligence Report, which provides transparency on gender diversity development in the Swiss workplace. Watch the campaign movie here.

Event speakers:
Alkistis Petropaki- General Manager of Advance - Gender Equality in Swiss Business since 2015. She has more than 20 years of management experience at international consumer goods companies such as L’Oréal, Nestlé, Mövenpick and Lindt. Before joining Advance, she was Country Manager Switzerland at Yves Rocher. Alkistis has a master's degree in management from ESCP-Europe as well as in German studies and psychology. She is married and mother of two teenagers. Through her involvement with Advance, she supports women in becoming architects of their own careers. She is convinced that the Swiss economy benefits sustainably from mixed-gender leadership teams.
