We were energized by the inspiring conversations and connections made during the event "Women in Business: Shifting the Power Dynamics" that took place on Monday, November 18. If only all Mondays could start with such motivation and purpose! 🤩

❤️ Nikki Pawsey from Lean In, who traveled all the way from London, shared her infectious energy and present the thought-provoking Women in the Workplace 2024 study by Lean In and McKinsey & Company.

❤️ Alkistis Petropaki from Advance – Gender Equality in Business one year after her last appearance presented the latest insights from the Gender Intelligence Report by Advance in collaboration with the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) | Universität St. Gallen

🙌 The Q&A session, moderated by Barbara (Basia) Favre, was nothing short of dynamic. The thought-provoking findings shared by our speakers sparked such deep engagement that the discussion could have continued for hours—and in many ways, it did during the apéro!

❤️ Patrizia Laeri, Alice Reiner, and Fauzia van der Leeuw were sharing their deeply personal and inspiring stories. The panel discussion, expertly moderated by Anna Stando, was a highlight of the evening, even encouraging audience members to take the stage and share their own experiences. 💥

❤️ Special thanks to everyone who seized the opportunity to stand in the spotlight—sharing their empowerment moments, asking thoughtful questions, or contributing insightful comments. We are incredibly proud to have such an engaged and supportive community.

👏 Congratulations to those who won the raffle prizes: Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg and Close the Gaps! by Patrizia. The enthusiasm was palpable—even attendees who don’t read German were purchasing Patrizia’s book!

🥂 As always, the apéro brought its own magic, providing a space for continued conversations, new connections, and a tangible sense of mutual support among attendees.

The overwhelming last-minute demand for tickets is a testament to the importance of these conversations and our shared commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace.

To our distinguished guests and everyone who joined us: thank you ❤️ Your energy, insights, and passion are what make events like these so impactful. We can’t wait to welcome you again soon!
