She has been guiding a variety of teams in their development journeys and has been also working in the field of marketing and innovation.
With all her lessons learned she became an entrepreneur, founded Sparks Guide that specializes in team development and innovation with focus on collaboration. She is also a lecturer (courses in leadership and innovation), e.g. at the University of Applied Sciences & Arts Lucerne and at the Business and Hotel Management School in Lucerne. Her speaking engagements include the FuckUp Night Zurich and TedxZurich.
