How to change the face of Swiss leadership
Join us for an exclusive event with Advance.
Time & Location
19 Oct 2021, 12:00 – 13:30 CEST
About the event
Despite yearlong efforts, the ‘face’ of leadership in Switzerland remains very male, while the talent pool is brimming with highly qualified female talent. Why is it that we are only making progress in tiny steps? Could it be that all corporate measures to hire, promote and retain more women are not enough? Why aren’t women and men playing the career game by the same rules? What needs to happen to fix the system and what can we do as women to give ourselves the best chance possible to make it to the top in the meantime?
We’re proud to pair up with Advance – Gender Equality in Business for the 4thtime in row to present the data from the latest Gender Intelligence Report: a study jointly conducted by Advance and the Competence Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St.Gallen. This year’s results are based on the analysis of raw data from 320’000 employees from 90 companies.
Join us for this 1,5h online workshop with Alkistis Petropaki, the General Manager of Advance and learn:
· The top 3 challenges you face on your way to the top, or in other words: why you fall behind on the career ladder even though you’re playing to win
· Which measures companies are taking to eliminate the ‘big sieve’ and re-wire structures, processes and culture so that more women can not only stay in the workplace but also have successful careers
· How to set yourself up for success based on research and the personal story of Alkistis Petropaki
