Advance is the leading business association for gender equality in Switzerland, a network of 145+ Swiss-based companies committed to increase the share of women in management. Event speakers:

Alkistis Petropaki- General Manager of Advance - Gender Equality in Swiss Business since 2015. She has more than 20 years of management experience at international consumer goods companies such as L’Oréal, Nestlé, Mövenpick and Lindt. Before joining Advance, she was Country Manager Switzerland at Yves Rocher. Alkistis has a master's degree in management from ESCP-Europe as well as in German studies and psychology. She is married and mother of two teenagers. Through her involvement with Advance, she supports women in becoming architects of their own careers. She is convinced that the Swiss economy benefits sustainably from mixed-gender leadership teams.
