With the first LEAN IN conference in Switzerland entitled "Dream. Dare. Do.", we wanted to offer women the opportunity to network across all areas and be inspired by entrepreneurs, business leaders and social game-changers.

The conference focused on three aspects of women’s leadership: lead yourself, others and the world. During the day the particpants had the opportunity to attend workshops, get inspired by a panel of thought and industry leaders and network with other like-minded women.

What is LEAN IN?

LEAN IN represents a global movement, sparked by Sheryl Sandberg's book "LEAN IN", that helps women achieve their goals and ambitions. Our core values are: growth, inspiration, support and action.

LEAN IN Switzerland is part of the global Lean In community with more than 1,100 members and 19 circles, that get together to exchange views, network and host inspiring events.
